The Wi-Fi was spotty, and the lobby connection had to be restarted regularly. The menu at the restaurant was medium, with high prices, and the cocktails were expensive and disappointingly watered-down.

The gardens at this hotel are absolutely stunning, one of the most beautiful landscape gardens I've seen in all my travels. The room was very spacious and I was lucky to have a spa bath, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling. The staff was very nice and helpful, and they even offered me a complimentary pisco sour at the bar upon arrival.

this place was amazing! the hotel grounds were stunning and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. they even let us check out late to accommodate our flight. highly recommend if you're visiting Urubamba.
